Not sure where to start? Pick what matters most to you.

The start and pit stops

Fangio and Prost

Main Straight and pit lane in front of you, from lights out to the chequered flag.

Lap-one drama

Jones

The whole field funnels into Turn 1 at once. There's no better seat for the first few seconds of the race.

Overtaking

Hill and Ricciardo

Both sides of Turn 3, one of the circuit's main passing zones.

Pure speed

Button, Clark and Waite

The fast back half of the lap, where the cars are close to flat out.

Shade and shelter

Premium seats at Ricciardo, Button, Clark, Schumacher, Prost, Senna and Fangio

Premium sections are undercover*, which helps with Melbourne's sun and the odd autumn shower.

Accessibility

Jones and Schumacher

Both have a wheelchair accessible option. Talk to our team about your requirements when you book.

*Please note: undercover sections do not provide full weather protection.

Grandstand FAQs

What's the difference between Standard and Premium seating?

Seven grandstands come in Standard and Premium versions. Premium sections are undercover, while Standard sections are not. Hill, Jones and Waite have a single seating option.

What does "driver's left" mean?

It describes which side of the track you're on from the driver's point of view. Every grandstand in this guide is on the driver's left except Ricciardo, which sits on the infield on the driver's right.

Can I choose an aisle seat?

Limited aisle seating is available in each grandstand for an additional charge. Aisle seats are the four seats closest to an aisle, and the seat directly next to the aisle is allocated in booking order. Contact our Sales Team to check availability.

Do I need to stay in the same seat all weekend?

Your reserved seat is yours from Friday to Sunday. On Thursday you can roam and sit in unreserved grandstand seating around the circuit.

Which grandstands are wheelchair accessible?

Jones and Schumacher both have a wheelchair accessible option. Let our team know your requirements when you book.
